What to Expect.
Acupuncture
The Initial Consultation should last 1.5 hours, and I will ask you questions about your health and lifestyle. This will give me a good insight into the patterns of energy in your body that need adjusting.
Patients find the sessions very relaxing, the needles are very fine and don’t hurt. I also use moxa which is a dried cigar like herb that I light to warm and move energy in the meridians.
I usually recommend a series of six sessions, to really make a difference.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
If I’m treating you for acupuncture, then often I will advise a course of herbs to help the body transform. I also treat people on Zoom if they don’t live close by.
I will ask you about your health, diet and sleep patterns, and put together a formula. This will be a combination of different herbs that address your main complaint, but can also benefit other areas of your life. For example many people find that herbal medicine has a beneficial effect on bloating and digestion, or can help with energy levels.
The herbs I prescribe come in little sachets of granules. You prepare them much like coffee, pouring boiling water over the granules and stirring well.
I usually suggest that a course of about six weeks will see a significant change, but you will notice changes in the first week. A rule of thumb is it takes a month for every year of disease, so chronic and stubborn cases will take longer.
Sound Healing
Using these exquisite crystal bowls for a one hour session, where you will feel deeply relaxed and be taken to another realm.
I also do singing bowl events which normally last about two hours.
This includes:
Movement - Ecstatic Dance or Qi Gong
Guided Meditation - Enabling you to talk directly to your subconscious and ask for clarity
Sound bath - The group goes on a collective sound experience, using voice, gongs and singing bowls
